Apex Terms of Service

Welcome to Apex, an app designed to empower ghostwriters and copywriters by allowing them to draft, edit, and post content on X (formerly Twitter). By accessing or using the Apex app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for, accessing, or using Apex, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the app.

2. Account Registration

2.1 X Login

To use Apex, you must log in using your X (formerly Twitter) account. By doing so, you authorize us to access certain information from your X account, including your username, email address, and profile information.

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your X account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Apex is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

3. Use of the App

3.1 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Apex for personal or professional purposes related to drafting, editing, and posting content on X. You agree to use the app only in compliance with these Terms of Service and applicable laws.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use Apex for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the functioning of Apex or its associated services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Apex, other users' accounts, or any related networks or systems.
• Use any automated system, including robots, spiders, or scrapers, to access Apex for any purpose without our express written permission.

3.3 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create and post using Apex. By posting content through the app, you grant Apex a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the app.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Apex's Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to Apex, including its software, design, graphics, and content (excluding user-generated content), are owned by Apex or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Apex without our express written permission.

4.2 User Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas to Apex, you agree that we may use them without any restriction or compensation to you.

5. Termination

5.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your use of Apex at any time by discontinuing access to the app and deleting your account.

5.2 Termination by Apex

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Apex at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms of Service, misuse of the app, or any activity that we believe harms the interests of Apex or its users.

5.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use Apex will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Apex is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Your use of Apex is at your own risk.
