Hook Hunter Terms of Service

Welcome to Hook Hunter, a content research platform designed to help content creators discover and analyze trending topics and engagement patterns. By accessing or using the Hook Hunter platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

• Abuse the search functionality or make excessive search requests that could impair platform performance

3.3 Research Data and Results

You retain ownership of the searches you perform and the content you save using Hook Hunter. By using the platform, you grant Hook Hunter a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, analyze, and aggregate your search patterns and behaviors in an anonymized format for the purpose of improving the platform's features and functionality.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Hook Hunter's Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to Hook Hunter, including its software, design, graphics, and content (excluding user-generated content), are owned by Hook Hunter or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Hook Hunter without our express written permission.

4.2 User Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas to Hook Hunter, you agree that we may use them without any restriction or compensation to you.

5. Termination

5.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your use of Hook Hunter at any time by discontinuing access to the platform and deleting your account. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not automatically terminate your account.

5.2 Termination by Hook Hunter

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Hook Hunter at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms of Service, misuse of the platform, or any activity that we believe harms the interests of Hook Hunter or its users.

Each party shall bear its own costs in the arbitration, except as required by the arbitration rules.
